Also a few minutes away by bike are shopping center Zuidplein, cinema Pathe De Kuip and the bars & restaurants of the areas of "Katendrecht" and "Kop van Zuid". The location itself is really convenient, because you can reach the city center really fast, both by metro, tram or by bike.

Cleaning
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are €125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

If the rent price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
