APARTMENT
These cozy flatshares on the second floor have recently been renovated and await new tenants. Equipped with a private balcony on one side, a spacious kitchen on the other and a quality floor all over, tenants are sure to feel comfortable in their own space.

There are two studio-alike flatshares both averaging at 20m2, you have your own living/dining room with open plan kitchen. The bathroom with toilet is shared. Shops, banks & supermarkets are approximately 300m away, with a variety of both local and international goods. Park, amusement halls, shopping mall and cafes are within a 900m radius. Don't forget to check out the brewery and multiple foodhalls located at the nearby Katendrecht area.

3. Cleaning Fee (€125 per person):
