Don't forget to check out the brewery and multiple foodhalls located at the nearby Katendrecht area.

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

NORMALLY THE THE GAS & ELECTRICITY CONTRACT IS ON THE NAME OF THE TENANTS, BUT FOR THIS APARTMENT IT CAN ONLY BE ON THE NAME OF THE LANDLORD. PLEASE ANTICIPATE A MONTHLY FEE OF €90 ADDED TO THE RENTAL PRICE PER PERSON.
