A 7-person flatshare (young professionals / students in last phase) house with garden at Merellaan, Capelle aan den Ijssel.

There are seven flatshares between 10m2 and 12 m2 average, living room, kitchen, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and self-controlled central heating, window covers, carpet, spotlights.

LOCATION
An awesome place to rent in Rotterdam, perfectly located for people studying/working at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, or Hogeschool Rotterdam location Kralingse Zoom.
The usual everyday shops are on a few minutes walk from the house, like supermarket, a beauty & medicine store, take-away food, etc.

Cleaning
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are €125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

If the rent price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
