A 4-flatshare student apartment with garden on the Frederik van Eedenlaan, Delft.

There are four spacious flatshares between 12m2 and 15m2 average, living room, dining space, kitchen, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and self-controlled central heating, window covers, carpet, spotlights.

NORMALLY THE THE GAS & ELECTRICITY CONTRACT IS ON THE NAME OF THE TENANTS, BUT FOR THIS APARTMENT IT CAN ONLY BE ON THE NAME OF THE LANDLORD. THEREFORE A
MONTHLY FEE OF €480 IS ADDED TO THE RENTAL PRICE (€120 PER FLATSHARE).

LOCATION
Frederik van Eedenlaan is located west of the TU Delft. The flat is within walking distance to the university campus. Public transport is nearby, with train station Delft Zuid around the corner. Shops and supermarkets are within 400m.

Cleaning
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are €125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.
